Rita and Sandi worked their magic and designed this beautiful dress out of a vintage slip,tulle,tissue paper flowers,roses,ribbon,nests,and ivy.
She will be the star of our booth at the Snohomish Antique and Arts Faire which takes place on First Street on April 21st.
